Server error (actually a bad update) caused a widespread outage on 4/4/12. A week later, still can't get tech support. Nothing fixed.

Their customer service only pretends to fix problems. Six months of calling, still no voicemail forwarding. They always 'fix it' they say.

Customer service is a complete joke. I was never refunded after I canceled my order. Waited 13 business days. Had to do a chargeback! BEWARE
