I ordered two items on Aug 14 and so far haven't received the items yet. No response after I requested canceling the order.

Placed order 9-25-11. Received 1/3 of products. Contacted them twice about other items. No response. That sucks. ( I have ordered from them

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH ON THE INTERNET! THEY HAVE NO LIVE CUSTOMER AND DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS, OR SITE COMPLAINTS.

I placed an order with this company on 8/29/2011...expecting to get it in 7 or 8 days MAX...they IMMEDIATLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD(8/29/11).

They charge your CC and do not ship the merchandise. There is no way to get in touch with them for a response.

Ordered 4 tubes & 4 roll on Bio Frz on OCT 11,2010. On Nov 14,2010 received only 1 of each item.As of this date have not received my order!
