MS Appliance Service Sucks
Mr. Edward (no last name because he didn't want to give me it) serviced my appliance and his attitude and service was terrible. DO NOT USE!!
he entered my home with an attitude and remained with that attitude until he departed. i had to demand that he thoroughly inspect the item or he would have just stood there pretending to work. i refused to leave his side in order to ensure he checked all that was needed. it seemed like he had an issue with black people too. i mean come on, racism, get over it. i even called the company to get an exact location and feel and mr.mark shrikman, whos name i got from the internet had a problem giving me the company address, but they not dealing with a dummy. so i found out that this company is located at 345 s elm drive apt 208 in beverly hills, ca. this is not a company i would go with on my own, but my home warranty sent them out. i will have to check every company that is sent to my home before hand. i said all of this to say again.......do not use ms appliance service in beverly hills, ca, with edward or mark. those are the only employees there.......wow
