They claim after ordering the cannon xa10 that you need to purchase battery. All other sites include battery as standard.

ordered a camera and confirmed. received an email asking me to call and only told not available. very rude too!

The way they do business may be legal but it's completely unethical - sleazy sales, not delivering what's ordered. Stay away!

they lie about what is contained with product and gert you to buy things already included. such as battery and chargers.
