Owner Vivi Ennui is rude to prospective customers. Harasses, threatens, and uses fan base to intimidate anyone who criticizes her practices.

There's been tons of complaints of her rude attitude toward consumers. She's made plenty of unhappy people before DDL came along.

The first ME Sucks page was created in January, long before anyone who frequents DDL had heard of ME. Awful company, awful owner.

Earlier this year Vivi told the freebies blogs she didn't want them posting on her page anymore. Someone got shitty and she called them out.

That person posted on CNS. Months later, DoeDeereLies googled Mon Ennui and latched onto it. They've been slamming Vivi for weeks.

DoeDeereLies Tumblr said that Viv was harassing them and threatening them. When the emails came out, they were super tame.

Vivi asked them to remove a blog where someone lied, saying they asked for a refund and were called shitty. DDL said "no".

DDL has been posting non-stop bad reviews about Mon Ennui every single day. They deny being bullies and a hate group.

DDL have not been 'slamming Vivi/ME for weeks'. They hadn't even heard of the company until Vivi came along causing drama.

Proof of Vivi Ennui's poor attitude, intimidation, fan harassment? Look no farther than the Mon Ennui Facebook and that of former customers.

Vivi gives great customer service and makes amazing pigments. I sent her a small sample and she made me an exact dupe of it.
