As a customer/fan of Mon Ennui's facebook page, so-called 'critiques' were met with uber kindness & tons more patience than I have.

Mon Ennui here: We use a third party for all transactions, unless customers want to send us a money order. Private info is always safe.

Vivi gives great customer service and makes amazing pigments. I sent her a small sample and she made me an exact dupe of it.
