This was my experience. one mgr bitching they were still there because another screwed up. That mgr was the one interviewing me.

mine was yawning the whole time!

I heard one mgr telling Pollock jokes very unprofessional.

they gave me a computer test was an hour I didn't know didn't have glasses and needed restroom

Transfers loan from DeptofEd without notice, then changes prepayment and auto-debiting terms. Mistakes made in transfer. Slow processing.

Many errors in paperwork on their end. charge high interest with little flex in payments. more time spent on hold than talking to person.

This company blows huge ass! THis cant be legal to give no notice and make collection calls while pmts are being transferred!!! SUCKITMOHELA
