They sent wrong item - told to return (which I did) - They refuse to refund my money - warning, stay away from Mike's Reel Repair!

Ordered parts on 10/3. Three emails and a voice mail later, I'm still waiting. Total rip off. These guys are thieves.

I posted the above negative comments on 11/26. The parts arrived today and were sent on time. The Postal Service was the cause of the delay.

I ordered parts 7/20/2009 it's now 1/4/2010 several emails and calls no response no refund, they suck.

yes this is real bad ripoff i order my parts on ebay try to resolve the no part in my hand and was told by paypal too bad 3months waiting on

Stay away at all cost!
Totally unprofessional staff and no order processing ability! The only thing they do is charge your card.

Nope not a DINK! Yep Canadian one! Exact same horrible service. I'm 6 weeks in, multiple emails, no parts, no responses and payed in full.

Emailed about my order status and got a "Parts are on backorder" reply. 3 weeks later, no parts. Went thru paypal to get refund.

I also agree. How can this place still be in business? Why haven't the authorities stepped in and shut the crooks down?

This place is nothing but a ripoff. Luckily it only cost me $14 and change to learn my lesson.

The guy is 79 years old pretty mush by him self . He should just get some more employees. He does excellent work though to long on orders

I'm having a similar experience. I'll file a claim through Visa. It will be credited to my account within 24 hours.

they delivered the goods after a time., followed up with email as temp out of stock. PS canada has a very slow postal service

Called them after they said it would be done. Said it was the next one to get worked on. Called 3 weeks later. Told me another month!

It's his wife and him only. I have min. dozen orders and only backordered once. Postage causes delays as well. Super decent folks period!

Never had an issue with them always nice yes they take awhile but it is usually the reel man. holding it up
