Order item on 1/31/2011. Supposed to ship 2/11 (2 weeks!!!) Call 2/11 was told item on back order new ship 2/18. Still no tracking...SUCKS!!

people here r lairs i paid for 2 day shipping and they emailed me and said i would get it in 3 days then they said i would get in 2 months!!
