NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT FROM THEM. THEY SUCK!!! staff is not helpful and flights are cancelled without informing you.

The staff is good but their systems and processes are horrible. Even confirmed bookings are subject to randaom cancellations.

Most Horrible Company. Charged me Extra from My Credit Card without my consent... Isn't this a Criminal offence.. LOL THEY BOLDLY SAY NO....

Make My Trip can charge anything extra if you put down your Credit Card details. Never use them, use the competitors..... Save your Money...

Vishal from CS was rude and he was like as if I am committing a crime while putting a complain. Poor Customer Service, Very Non Professional

Never use this site, the company will charge you extra while booking the tickets and will say that you did not deselect the Insurance.Doddgy
