Lugonia Vision Center Optometry Sucks

with a thin unmatched screw which would easily fall off. I realized they made a larger screw thread on one side so that they cannot use a thin screw anymore. The larger screw hold the pad too tight to have any flexibility. So I asked again to fix it. Then they glued that thin screw and returned me the glasses WITHOUT wiping off finger prints from my pair. It was night. I could not see that until I got back to my car. The cost was $5. Do I have to bare this unprofessionalism and rudeness because of this price? Why did they not use the original screws? Why did they use unbalanced size screws? There was no explanation in the first place. I went there to purchase a pair of replacement but instead they took my pair from me to do and of course I trusted they would do a reasonable job. My eyesight is so bad that I could not catch the different screws or finger smudges on the glass surfaces. I will not certainly go back nor recommend to anyone this Optometrist.
