Ordered $300 worth of goods over 1 year ago. Asked to cancel order and refund card. Was not done. Promised refund in check. NOT! I wait

I ordered and paid for 2photo albums a year ago and they STILL claim they are on backorder. Funny, that's pretty much all they sell.

Company charges upfront for out of stock items with no notification. Borders on illegal!! Phone support takes forever. Will not buy again!

They sent me an order confirmation and deducted the money the next day. 2 weeks and 2 emails later, I've heard nothing about the status.
