 Order was charged to credit card Nov 29,2010. Never received order or credit. Called Mar 4, 2011 and was told credit would take time | 03/04/2011

They sent me an order confirmation and deducted the money the next day. 2 weeks and 2 emails later, I've heard nothing about the status.

Ordered items in early January. Never received them as of mid-February. Cancelled the order and now am still waiting for refund in mid-March

Ordered $300 worth of goods over 1 year ago. Asked to cancel order and refund card. Was not done. Promised refund in check. NOT!
