Company charges upfront for out of stock items with no notification. Borders on illegal!! Phone support takes forever. Will not buy again!

I asked for a refund of backordered item, and nothing after a month. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Yeah, the company "Lightimpressions" is terrible, worst company. I am experiencing exactly same thing.

I agree. Having same problem. I am going to my credit card company to get back $ charged up front for "backordered" undelivered product

Totally agree. How about a class action lawsuit? Seems a lot of folks have been victimized. Any attorneys out there??

Light Impressions appears to be willfully committing fraud and theft by intentionally selling products they have no intention of delivering.

Ordered Exeter mat board in October, charged immediately, then said Feb...now March and no sign of it, or of anyone answering a phone there.

Light Impressions used to be a very good company. But they must be avoided now. They are always out of stock, emails are never answered.

They sent me an order confirmation and deducted the money the next day. 2 weeks and 2 emails later, I've heard nothing about the status.

Ordered $300 worth of goods over 1 year ago. Asked to cancel order and refund card. Was not done. Promised refund in check. NOT!

Ordered items in early January. Never received them as of mid-February. Cancelled the order and now am still waiting for refund in mid-March
