They sent me an order confirmation and deducted the money the next day. 2 weeks and 2 emails later, I've heard nothing about the status.

My Visa was charged right away & weeks later I have only a partial order. No email communication from them other than thanks for your order.

The same happened to me. More than three months out, my order has still not been completed, though my card was charged immediately.

They do not inform you when items are out of stock, and give vague in stock dates - three months I have been told "end of the month!"

I have had the same problems repeatedly. They are behind the times with these issues, but have good products that are hard to find elsewhere

same thing here. placed order, recieved partial, cancelled the rest, no credit after 3 weeks.

A pattern here. Good products (when in stock) but very poor customer service. Still waiting on a $400 credit for items out of stock.

My last order, which was canceled, is my last. No out of stock notification at web and item charged with no email. Bad company!

Similar experience as all of the above. Will never use this company again. They charge your credit card even if item is backordered.

The took my order, charged my account and I never got anything. Now they don't answer their phone. I got took! Jerks!

Very poor customer service; impossible to get through. Sleezy backorder practices. We have blacklisted this vendor.

Contacted the LA County DA's office. Maybe if everyone did that, Light Imressions might respond.

Absolutely agree. It's a scam!! My order was placed 12/29/10 and have not seen it. I was billed immediately too. Do we have any recourse?

Placed order with LI 9/10. Card charged but order never shipped. All inquiries ignored. There are many of us. Write SFS Chamber of Commerce.

Even worse - sent the wrong item twice in a row and still waiting after 13 months from original order. Oh yeah, never get a support answer.

No, we're not suckers. Most catalogs honest. Appears a dishonest biz with schemes. New Century Direct/Tijuana mfg. Fool me once.

Contact your credit card company and dispute. Contact postal service where catalog sent. Contact law enf. Don't suffer in silence.

I ordered and paid for 2photo albums a year ago and they STILL claim they are on backorder. Funny, that's pretty much all they sell.

Ordered items in early January. Never received them as of mid-February. Cancelled the order and now am still waiting for refund in mid-March
