Legend Land Quarter Horse Farm Sucks

Looks like a nice facility for boarding but the care is terrible and paddock fencing is worse. The mud will suck your horse's feet off.

85 truck loads of fill added to all paddocks raising them 12" on average - check them out major improvement.

$20,000.00 on average spent each year on facility improvements. stalls were added & indoor arena was lined with 8' walls safe clean & big

1 stall open now and was 110% full previous 2 years. Must be doing something right.

I wanted a fan, salt block, and heated buscket added to my stall and Kevin installed all professionaly and in a timely manner.

Exactly, the only thing good about this barn is the structure and shavings. Stalls were full, full of new boarders continually moving in/out

the 85 truckloads of fill was just garbage dirt, that included metal, plastic, and all kinds of garbage I would not want my horse in

The stalls are well maintained.The waters are all clean.10 of the 17ish boarders have been there over a year. The workers are skilled.

Kevin's there to help.If people go in there and notice something even a buck more than they would pay at TSC, Kevin lowers the price.

So all in all it's the best barn I've ever boarded at, I'm glad I got there before the boarder rush (lol), and the fencing is now safe.

I've worked there & left because of the treatment of the horses. He filled the paddocks with construction debris! He training methods suck!!

He must have learned how to train horses from watching old westerns, seriously.

Terrible care, difficult to work with owner.

The board is low for a reason folks! The horses stand in tiny paddocks all day up to their hocks in mud. Fencing is terrible. Cheap feed.

We have made several changes to address the concerns mentioned in this review. We now hold border meetings several times a year and let the borders know what improvements are being made and we address concerns they have. We have also gone from a part time work staff to a full time which has greatly improved the quality of service and care we offer. We make improvements to the farm every year and we have addressed the paddocks with new fencing and tons of fill dirt which provides a better serface. We have been 100% full for 3 straight years, and have a average border retention of 3.5 years. These are real indicators of how we are doing, and I encourage all new prospects to talk to our current borders and get their feedback on the service, care, and training offered.
