Looks like a nice facility for boarding but the care is terrible and paddock fencing is worse. The mud will suck your horse's feet off.

I used to board there awhile back, wayyy too not worth the money at all. Things were not done at all like they should be. BEWARE!!

I agree. Very poor care for horses, and little knowledge. The owners young kids take care of the barn, repeated mistakes are often made.

I agree with these reviews. It's a shame, but all true. Boarded there a while ago and had to leave!

Now I hear he's opening a feed store there too. Buyer beware - he's out to save a buck wherever he can.

85 truck loads of fill added to all paddocks raising them 12" on average - check them out major improvement.

$20,000.00 on average spent each year on facility improvements. stalls were added & indoor arena was lined with 8' walls safe clean & big

1 stall open now and was 110% full previous 2 years. Must be doing something right.

I wanted a fan, salt block, and heated buscket added to my stall and Kevin installed all professionaly and in a timely manner.

Exactly, the only thing good about this barn is the structure and shavings. Stalls were full, full of new boarders continually moving in/out

My horse has been at Legend Land for 5 years and I have not had a single vet call. My horse is also on the farms feed program.

I had to make extreme emergency vet calls twice, which were a result of the owners negligence, all within 4 months. Makes stupid mistakes.

Money is spent on updates, but there are nails sticking up out of the bottom of the stalls and horses get puncture wounds.
