LH does not return phone calls, does not negotiate with creditors as promised-forces all debt to charge-offs which is extremely destructive

I was promised a discount, didnt get it even though I had written proof, but because the attorney is not longer there they wouldnt honor it!

This firm is the worst they have a higher turnover rate than mickey d's, horrible customer svc, low budget attorneys, all around bad place!
