They took our money and did not complete the work. We are suing for almost $20,000.00 and have filed a complaint with CSLB.

Neither Fernando Razo Lara nor Andrew Aguirre returned any of our calls.  They admitted they under bid our job.  The said they would not finish the work unless we agreed to renegociate the contract. 

Uh, the point to a CONTRACT is that both parties are legally bound to adhere to the agreement.  See you in court!!!!
