Ordered watch as a gift. Billed and got a tracking notice. Never arrived. Had to call-was NEVER shipped. 10 days to get my $$ back

Bought deep rug cleaner for mother. She got one that was broken. They "had" to recharge me for a 2nd or my mom would not get another! Stupid
