This online ordering sucks. I received part of my order because they were short on stock, was not notify, & the order was sent to me anyway!
I called them back, received a return a lable, sent the package back to them, they received it and just returned it. After almost 3 weeks of not hearing back from them or seeing a credit on my bank statement, I decided to give them a call yesterday. I got a response that they have received my returned order and it has been returned to stock but my money was never refunded. If I did not call them, I probably would not have received a refund for my order.
** I just did not understand why they still shipped the order to me if they only have part of the order and not the whole order.. You would think they have some common sense to call me and let me know before shipping right?**
