Their 40% off coupon sucks. The item was discounted already so no 40% off, but they couldn't tell what the "regular" price is, feel scammed.

"standard" shipping takes three weeks. CS takes days to respond, then doesn't actually address your concern. If you're smart, go elsewhere!
