Yes I do agree I have been trying to return an item that was damaged when I got it. but noone will respond getting really pissed off
I have yet to receive purchase ordered, thier contact phone says it is temporaily out of service! Received 1 e-mail, but no follow up.
I, too, have yet to receive my order, or any shipping information, two week after ordering. Strongly suspect a ripoff.
Totally agree...I orders something from them in March, but it is now June and I still haven't received it. They won't answer emails either!
Ordered something in May, only received 2 of the 5 items ordered. Been fighting with them for a month. Ridiculous!
Ordered something in June. Was charged, never received. Emailed customer support, called their fake customer support line. No reply.
I filed a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau (search Atlanta, GA) and got a response in a day, and eventually a refund.
Placed an order on their website a week ago. No confirmation from them yet. Tried calling for two days and have not able to reach them.
I ordered a bracelet in September and I have not received it in 2 months. No response to emails and they don't answer the phone.
Online reviews indicate the JewelryCounty is no longer in business!
