Overcharged for hair. I wanted overall color but they did a balayage instead. Unsatisfactory work. Stylist didn't even color the roots.

Make up girl rude, unprofessional, didn't listen. Didn't use the colors I asked for. Heavy, cheap, greasy make up. Rip Off.
