The company is riddled with age discrimination--against older people--that can be sensed by anyone who walks in the door.
The company exercises poor hiring judgment by turning away the most-capable, most-experienced prospective employees for reasons that are EEO illegal. The diminutive and bitter CEO has an obvious Napoleon complex such that anyone who\'s taken Psych 101 could diagnose it. And she\'s jealous of blondes.
