Horrible company! I spent over 4 hours on the phone with them yesterday. Paid 199.99 which I called and insisted they refund today!

my computer went black (not able to recover) after I mentioned I might need to call an attorney due to my frustration! Now still on hold

I am sick to my stomach about getting sucked in to purchasing a 1 yr contract. I have had nothing but trouble. I trusted Dell.Bad mistake!

Can't understand their techs, don't know what they're doing, don't return your call, trick you into a contract, and make the problem worse.

On the website they mention free technical support, actually its paid and yet worst.

The technical guy from Avast lured me to subscribe for $169/yr. It turned out the problem is solved by downloading a stupid uninstall file

Iyogi is an organisation that buys all the names of the leading manufacturers of Dell, Toshiba, Norton, Trend Micro PC Cillin, and pays Google 5$ for their Name to appear first on the Google Webpage. They are not supposed to do that and when the call lands in the department customers are asking If this is Norton? Mcafee? Webroot? Microsoft? At the end of the day the employees are wasting their time and the customer's time. Some one should stand up to them and blast them left right and centre. Employees are hired for Tech Support and forced to do Sales for the organisation and I feel pity for them. Added to that the ruthless Auction House Anwar who is ignorant of the Technical Support asks the Sales Person to transfer the call for L1 for No Boot issue. HA HA HA HA HA LOL!. Anyways I hope this gets displayed in the website. Cheers Bye!

I had to have a company, secureremotesupport.com, clean up these Indians messes. They ruined my pc secureremotesupport.com fixed it for me.

There are better companies out there that dont outsource, are affordable & have good customer service secureremotesupport.com is one of them

threatened to hold my computer hostage unless i joined. played good-cop bad-cop to extort money for a service i told them i did not want.

When it comes time to renew, they will harass you to death! My guess is that any good reviews were posted by iyogi. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!

They scam you out of your money, don't give proper computer help, and even access your personal files! stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the biggest scam I've ever seen! They take your money and have no computer knowledge. STAY AWAY!!!
