Bought Iomega Desktop Hard Drive 2TB on 5-29-11, put ALL of my data on it and it DIED after 1 MONTH. Have to pay $75 to get my data back!

In the last 3 years of my experience in using Iomega StorCenter ix2-200 1 TB and wireless data station, am only gald about my purchase.

They charge to talk to a person. You pay to warranty ship items to them, then send you a refurbished POS. IOMEGA COMPANY FAIL

Our drive just failed. They ship their drives with faulty power supplies and have awful customer support. Will I buy from them again? NO

Iomega NAS 150D "Pro", motherboard died after 2 year. Company won't sell me a replacement part. it is not their policy.

And if you get your RMA you have to PAY to send your one back before they replace the broken one

Then you will have to start from scratch with the recovery dep as they do not communicate with Support

Then you will be told that if you want your data restored you need to pay for it, (In Warranty)

When your ex hd fails,U will be told its your fault for not backing up your backed up data

You will also have to pay 20 euro while in warranty to talk to support otherwise they wont talk to you at all
