HP has become a third rate company. Their products are junk. Best to find another company. This is coming from a 10 year HP Loyalist

I left this company (worked for them)! Decisions made only with short-term and budget consideration. Not a company to work for.
Selling extended warranties of 3 yrs, but its really just 2 since they include the 1 year you automatically get with purchase. MISLEADING!
I have worked at HP for over 14 years and I would not buy another HP product. Their product quality has severely degraded.
Product sucks and they refuse to help without you jumping through hoops. They also do not listen to what you need. This is a major outsour..
