This company makes it near impossible to cancel reservations, you're stuck on hold forever and then they hand up. No email response either.

Overcharged me on my booking. Was handed receipt for $120.00 less than the middle man charged. It's cheaper to call the hotel directly. 
I made a hotel reservation on the phone with an agent,she did not read the fine print about a $50 cleaning fee. Of course no refunds.
Hotels.com would not help me with my password to log in. So, I made a reservation and asked that they credit me. They refused per \"policy\"
Your reservation is non-cancible. They say they don't do it but it is in their contract with the hotels. Their customer service sucks

Committed to a reservation for room types that don't exist in the hotel. They're mistate, and they wouldn't refund! hung up on many times!
