Hotels.com Sucks

I made a hotel reservation on the phone with an agent,she did not read the fine print about a $50 cleaning fee. Of course no refunds.

They lied and overcharged me by $85 and didn't identify themselves as hotels.com but impersonated the hotel I was calling. Evil company!

When I arrived at a hotel that l booked through Hotels.com there was no reservation. I was with my wife and child and the Hotel was full!!

I agree This Company Sucks and lies to its customers. I tried to cancal a room and they said I didn't do it on time and have no record.sure

worst service ever. they sold me one thing on the phone and emailed me something different. wouldn't honor original offer. hotels.com SUCKS

have dealt with hotels.com once ,never again. was overcharged and double charged also was promised 50$ voucher which never came

Overcharged me on my booking. Was handed receipt for $120.00 less than the middle man charged. It's cheaper to call the hotel directly.

Hotels.com would not help me with my password to log in. So, I made a reservation and asked that they credit me. They refused per \"policy\"

 Your reservation is non-cancible. They say they don't do it but it is in their contract with the hotels. Their customer service sucks Online/Dallas, TX | 01/15/2011

This company makes it near impossible to cancel reservations, you're stuck on hold forever and then they hand up. No email response either.
