Dr. Harvey Carter continuously argue about the treatment. Dr. Harvey Carter ego is extraordinary. He looked at my test results and said there was nothing they could do for my right eye, but Harvey Carter Eye Center said that he could make me 20/20 no problem. It took 4 surgeries over 2 years and now I have double vision in my right eye. My last visit they said that he would be done with me after the next treatment. I would not recommend the Harvey Carter Clinic to my worst enemy.
