Called to make an arrang. for 3 days & they said I missed an arrang. There never was an arrang. So no power over Christmas for my kids.

THEY CUT 10 OF MY HUGE OAKTREES DOWN IN MY YARD. SAID THEY WERE IN THE WAY OF THEIR RIDEAWAY.RIGHt! more money for them now.no shade left.
