Bought a 20" Monitor. It arrived at my door in non-working order. They refused a return. Geeks.com sends out broken hardware. Enough said.

Not impressed with geeks.com so far. Won't return email inquiries regarding a very crappy item they have sold me. Looking to return it now

Comp has non-standard video card, couldn't connect to monitor, ordered new cable, comp sat idle for 1 wk, just discovered comp doesn’t work

3 cables were loose, video card fan clogged w/ dust & retaining pin missing, unknown chip under VC fan is damaged, didn’t answer 1st email

Called the return line 2X but hung up after holding for 4 min each time. 3rd time held for 2 min before call was answered.
