Managed by liars who cheat employees and lie to the university. I was fired as a supervisor after refusing to violate wage & hour laws.

Couldn't agree more. A company like this should be shut down just as a matter of principal. Corporate is not much better. Bunch of sleeze!!

You have to be a submissive servant and be willing to bow down to GCA's management or they will immediately terminate you.

Hired & payed as a landscaper, performed duties as a mechanic. Was later fired for going to college, Fun to see the whole GCA ladder sucks!

100% Agreement. Not only would I not recommend this CO, I would warn all potential clients and employees to steer clear!

GCA took over where i work at a college. They were a lousy and unprepared. They are in violation constantly in our contract. they wrong here

Gca has been 4 month here with us and still no retirement in place. There management system stinks. I am sorry, but i desire their leaving

Yes gca is bad they violated my rights to a medical facility after being chem poisoned and suspended me 3 days. They also call u in @ 3 am

Gca management is bad they did not transfer or fire an employee after he had given me a verbal death threat but they did get rid of me

Not to mention the managers don't check buildings and call at stupid hours like 3 am then don't compensate u for ot or travel between sites

I was there for 3 weeks. That place is run by liars who will fire you on your day off if you disagree with them even a LITTLE BIT.

Don't get their insurance it's useless. And the 401k isn't an option they still take it out even if you sign to opt out. Scum bags

gca sucks. we get no benefits or raises all we get is lousy managment and unfair treatment

Actually the employees do get benefits not fit for an animal. These benefits are just in place to make the owners feel good and brag.

The one called Mar. whom I understand is in bradley Il. now needs to be fired and retrained as a toilet scrubber, if he is capable.

I work part time and is horrible; no breaks for lunch, pay is the worst, etc...
