they sold me a lift not compatible to the 1 i bougt from them and they wont take it back what a scam and the guy on the phone is an asshole

I purchased a chadelier from them and waited to hear from them to buy the lift because of their \"no return\" policy they said it was fine , now my electrician says i can\'t use this lift with my chandelier. they dont want to hear it .My electrican says the instructions are like in another language and poorly translated to english SUCH RUDE ASSHOLES on the phone!! What a deal they have going for themselves. BY the way chandelier looks nothing like it did and I put it together myself using  A PICTURE to go by thats it A PICTURE!!
