Long story short they ripped me off $550. Staff and mgrs r the worst, they never take notes or communicate. Sure to be out of business soon.

They are the worst internet provider here. They called me and said we will give you the best deal TV and internet for $72/mo.but want $125
They over charged me and then were very rude when I called them about it. They interrupted me over and over.
Customer service is lousy! After I cancelled service, they screwed up with my account credit and kept saying it would take 2 months to get!

Needed long distance ability. website plans $3-5/month. was told it'd cost an extra $17/month just to enable long distance! forget that!
