BIlling problems on a consistent basis. Every month problems Cancelled them 2 months ago today they debited my acct 500 dollars!!

We've cancelled their horrible service, sent the DVR back in their box with their label, now they sent a $550 bill for the \"unreturned\" DVR

i have never dealt with a worse company. since getting internet service last year, i have yet to get a correct monthly bill.
