The main office is the worst. I have never seen such bad customer service! I brought in 6 new members and they still overcharge very month!,

Fitness first are absolutely intolerable! They simply refuse the cancel your membership and keep charging you even if you request to cancel!

signed me up to 12 month contract,but told me i can cancel after 3 months,very dirty tactics.staff are full of crap.
