EXL SECURITY SUCKS MORE THAN ALOT!

Potential customers BEWARE!

Dishonest sales representatives, bad installation technicians, faulty equipment... EXL sells your contract to ADT and then refuses to return your e-mails and phone calls.

My system was installed incorrectly 4 months ago. It apparently has never been able to communicate with ADT due to a combination of faulty equipment and an installation technician who couldn't do his job. Of course EXL Security now refuses to communicate with me, and ADT only offers this information after the 90 grace period is up.

Will be turning EXL and ADT into the BBB since ADT also refuses to right a wrong done by one of their authorized agents. Which is funny because ADT is more than willing to take my money month after month while providing absolutely NO SERVICE!

I'm not demanding anything outrageous. I want either a working system installed or I want the contract canceled. But apparently for EXL and ADT that is too much to ask for.

If this review saves someone else from this same headache, then my time was well spent.
