2.5 mths to get a partial order which was incorrect.when we complained were shown legal lines about only 1 day to complain and no refunds!

Initially got an email stating great deals on products. When making the order the President himself, Gary Stone contacted me personally to woo me into placing the order stating he himself would personally take care of the designing as he was the best. They were quick to take the order and bill my Amex and then the nightmare begins - took over 2 mths to finally get my order after fighting with their "design dep't" as they kept sending sub-par designs for our key card envelopes.I was insulted and told that I didn't know what I was talking about so finally I gave in and told them to ship it as we needed the product two months back. They can't even draw circles properly - my kid draws better circles.When I had not received my product I called the owner who told me that my manager was lying to me and the products had been shipped weeks before to the agreed upon destination. Well that was funny because my manager provided me with emails between himself and Angellea who works there stating nothing had been shipped and that she was going to halt the order until a destination was agreed upon. We finally get our partial order after almost 2.5 months and when we get to the hotel and open it we see that the design department lied and that the circles were in fact not round. Mr. Stone's reply - DISCLAIMER - ALL DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 1 DAY AND SHIPPED BACK AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE and EURADA WILL DECIDE WITHIN 5 DAYS IF DEFECTIVE AND PRODUCT WILL THEN BE REPLACED AND RESHIPPED UNDER ORIGINAL METHOD. What a load of crap - who would want to endure more expenses and risk losing all product. I've never seen such disregard for Customer Service or a bigger fraud, con-artist and crook then this company.I am disputing my Amex for the product not received as I'm an honest businessman and willing to pay for what we received as it's our fault but Mr. Stone refuses to give a refund and says he's never lost a dispute with Amex in 33 years. Guess he gets a lot of disputes. CLOSE EURADA!!!
