they LOST one of the domains I bought. then STILL have not found it, after 5 days. they keep saying everything will be fixed in 6 hours.

they  LOST   one of the domains  I purchased   through them.   and  still cannot find it  after 5 days....they keep telling me  everything will be fixed  in 6 hours.   for 5 days straight.  and the domain is still missing in action.    if you call tech support or try to use their  LIVE HELP....you will be very dissapointed as they cannot fix anything at all...    when you submit a  support TICKET  they do no good.   the ticket I made for this issue has been ON-HOLD  for over 3 days now....with no reply from them.
