When I first got service hooked up, the receiver would not work so I called back and it took 4 days for them to resolve issue.

Avoid them by any means available, they are scammers. They dont want you as customer, what they want is all your money.

When cancelling, they ask you to return the LNB and the switch ( which are hard to find) and if you dont, you get charged a whoppy money

tv shows had black bars on each side. Dish customer support crashed my dvr then hung up on me. no troubleshooting was done. pathetic

The most unprofessional and worst company I have ever used. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I have been a Dish customer for two months now and they only provide the the last three quarters of Utah Jazz games..beware Jazz fans!!!!

Dish Network says we leased our receivers for $99 down, $5 month for 7 years and are trying to charge another $100 per 7year old receiver!

Don't get into any long contracts with them! They expect the customer to mantain Dish equipment. What I rented never worked properly.

My company relocated me to another state, they wanted me to pay $500-$1000 for contractos that installed m disk. Service SUCKS!!!
