I purchased locks from discountlocks.co.uk in October 2011. They sent be wrong ones so i sent back via Royal Mail recorded mail

I paid for return postage. They refused to refund or to credit for another product. I sent them number of emails and telephoned them but still refuse to refund or changed. The products where never even open as soon i seen them i knew wrong product. Don't use this company
