I ordered a hat from this company on december 30th, 2011. They said it would be sent out next week. after three weeks, I called and was told

they didn't have access to that information. Wrote a angry email and was told the man making the hats would be away for a month but they would look into it. Gave them a day to do this and then wrote another email. Essentially they said I was being unreasonble and would refund my money next week. I have my doubts.
