I have never had a pleasant experience. After waiting over a year for boxes and never getting all the channels I'm supposed to I'm fed up.

6 months of horrible HD reception. "fixed" once and now coming to "fix" again. They will suspend HD fee until then. LEss than a $1.00. thanx

After the first year the price goes up. They penalize their customers instead of rewarding them. If you cancel they will charge you a fee!

I ordered everything that was possible. About 135.00 plus tax a month. They made 4 appointments each tech that showed up was an idiot.

Direct TV "sold"s a contract for TV and High Speed Internet. Turns out Direct TV doesn't offer Internet. Now they want me to pay $521.

Worst company of all time!! Add additional charges at every turn and charge for even a phone call to company. Terrible customer service too
