I ordered face cream on March 20, 2011 to ship from Direct. Today is April 10 and I still haven't received my order or heard from them.

They never shipped my order. They refuse to contact me. The shipping rate they charged me was 300% more than their website claimed.

I paid $15.95 for 1-3 day shipping. I did not get the product with in that time. So I asked them to refund the shipping cost and they won't.
