Have not used the site yet but I feel this system isn't in the designers interest at all. Cheap prices for real work. Cut out the middleman!

No security for designers. They finish project but no way to communicate with contest holder. Stay away.

Tons of contests that are months past deadlines with have no chosen winners. DesignCrowd holds the money, designers' time is wasted

Agree, no security for designers. Clients extend deadlines for weeks at a time, dont respond with feedback. Nothing to keep clients in check

No security for buyers either. Designer reviews not published, little support for buyers. Too easy to get a bum designer.

this is a good site of designer and buyers. but designer. idone so many project in this site.

I just put on a project - terrible designs offered. I asked 3 times for a refund and they keep $60 for fees - STAY AWAY

I entered a contest. The contest holder got 200+ concepts within 2 weeks+1 week extended, then seems disappear.One month pass, no feedback.

Design Crowd, like 99 Design, bleeds designers dry with tiny budgets. A goldmine for contest holders, but disrespectful of designers!

Ordered a logo four days ago... still listed as "under review". Have emailed/called this co. 6x. No response. Awful.

I won 2 contests in designcrowd, and I have sent my real file there, but there is no response, and payment is not received to date. hmmm

I have won 4 projects, only one payment is done of $200, the remaining 3 projects worth $530 is still pending from 15th december 2011.

DesignCrowd really sucks,, I have sent too may messages to EMILY, but she doesn't reply.. I haven't received any payments which I won..

It is just as bad for buyers! Irresponsible company! 99designs are way better!

Not surprising. I've submitted 50 or so designs. Nothing. They won't even reply to my emails.

As a business owner,I thought we could find a half-way decent logo and then work with the designer.They just want my money and never started

I'm done with this site.Contests remain open MONTHS AND MONTHS after the deadline expired.No winners announced either.Even a year after.

The Guernteed contests are bullshit since if the contest holder never chooses a design, those assholes keep the money instead of disributing

AND the worst of all?? For their lousy ass service what do they do?? TAKE 15 PERCENT OFF YOUR WINNINGS!! 99designs here I come.

I have just used design crowd to design my Garden Design Company Logo. Overall I am very satisfied with the service they provided

It may not pay well for designers...if you don't like it don't design for it!!!!

dc doesn't care about design as long as there are contests going on and they keep making money.

Paid 300$ to a designer only to realize later he used a stock picture I could have bought for much less. Bunch of scammers.

Worst website ever design crowd is a scam and just an example of good marketing and a waste of money I got scammed 230 dollars for nothing
