ORDER COMPUTER DELAYED 4 TIMES THEY SENT ME THINGS FOR A COMPUTER THAT I CANT USE UNLESS I HAVE A COMPUTER WHATS THE POINT NOT PAYING TO RTN

Dell has horrible customer service and they overcharged me $1,296 and it took them around 2 months to realize their mistake.

DO NOT TRY TO USE THE "DELL PREFERRED ACCOUNT."
Instead of issuing the "Dell Preferred Account"
