You get hardcore development work even if you are a fresher. Some of the managers are technically very sound.

Very less onsite opportunities. Not a good company to be with in recession period Does not care to appraise laterals.

1) They present you as a 2 years experiance person in front of client even if you have just joined as a fresher. 2) HR policies are not good
