I can not believe these folks. I activated my Victoria Secret credit card and I get charge with 60 id protection. I did not and i am mad

I agree. This company charged my New York & Co. credit card without authorization. Sent e-mail requesting refund without and response.

Just fought with cppna and victoria secret over billing for protection I didn't want and couldn't get refund

my wife used her card for burkes outlet and they added a charge for id protecter that we do not want and cannot get anyone to respond.

you do realize you guys all agreed to this program, probably heard 30 days free and a 20 dollar gift card

also had to provide full account numbers to verify acceptance of program and that you'd be charged after 30 days was over

Call CPP NA and ask for Josh Wagner of human resources and DEMAND your refund. They are total fraud scam PHONY Identity Protection.

I've asked these idiots to stop calling me. I have no business dealings with them. They're harassing me. Referring the matter to the FTC.

Called for twenty dollar gift certificate for three months; never received it, told to list all credit cards with them to receive the card.

This company is horrible. They gave me false information and charaged me fees when I was told that I would not be. They SUCK!
