Paying more for less, $42.50 for local only!! I miss Time Warner

Cable stopped working two years ago. Now it's HS Internet. No support for Mac users. Dumping Cox next week.

The reason their service is so bad is because of employee attitude. There is no loyalty in either direction. Employees are something to use

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worst part is they couldn't care less as they are basically a monopoly.

They are always trying to add and double charge, I hate Qwest too!
